Closer- Business to Business Sales of Kratom, Delta, and other Hemp Derived Products

  • Outstanding earning potential $$$
  • Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 PM
  • $18.25 p/h
  • Paid 45-minute lunch
  • Several paid holidays

Our company focus is on hemp-derived products, kratom, nootropics, and related wellness items. We maintain a commitment to high-quality standards to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting new potential clients via phone, email, etc. to sell our superior product line
  • Responding to customer calls, emails, and answering any questions about orders, products
  • Learn, understand, and articulate product information
  • Manage returns and exchanges as well as process online/phone orders
  • Must be able to travel to and attend company-paid trips to trade shows up to 2X per month
  • Able to assist in the set-up and tear-down at the trade-shows

 

Requirements:

  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on the company and product offerings
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, strong problem-solving skills, and elevated speech
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator
  • Proven to be organized, methodical, and rigorous with great attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to work in person out of our office in Meridian, ID
